You can register online at Active.com. It's an easy and secure way to sign up to attend camp.

Register by Mail

To register by mail, download and print the camp brochure. Mail the completed registration application to "Stick to Stick Field Hockey" at the address listed below. A $200 non-refundable deposit, or full payment, must accompany this application to hold your place. Registrations will be taken on a first come first serve basis and enrollment is limited.

Campers registering by mail will receive a confirmation EMAIL to acknowledge receipt. This will include a camp Health Form, Waiver, and Travel Form that must be completed and submitted with any remaining balance prior to participation at camp.
